You've developed an amazing drive-train design that will revolutionize product performance.  But how much power must the motor provide, just to spin up the mechanism?

Key Benefits

bulletFind interferences and load considerations.

Capabilities

Schiller Engineering can evaluate your motion system performance before committing designs to hardware.  The MEMS Lens Mover design shown on our Rapid Prototype page was evaluated in advance to verify motion ratios and torque requirements.  The video playing here is available to you for download.

The simple gear train pictured here was evaluated using COSMOSMotion.  The animation available for download shows only the movement characteristics.  Contact us for more information (we can predict inertia and therefore expected power required just to spin inertia up to a particular speed, as well as other parameters).
