Arlington, MA, September 18, 2003__ Schiller Engineering announces attendance at the upcoming Surface Mount Technology Association International conference in Chicago. The proprietor, Craig Schiller states, "The Chicago event is an ideal opportunity to meet designers and practitioners from the MEMS, packaging, and electro-optic fields." Schiller Engineering has produced CAD models, analysis, and marketing materials for SolidWorks Corporation, as they leverage their products' capabilities for the Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) and semiconductor packaging markets. The conference will sponsor an emerging technology summit on MEMS, highlighting the challenges faced in dealing with structures (such as airbag sensors) that are similar in size to electronic integrated circuits, but with complex machines and sensors embedded. Schiller Engineering is a solid modeling and finite element analysis service company, specializing in Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) and electro-optic packaging applications. The company is a member of the SolidWorks™ Manufacturing Network Partnership. |
